It’s awful when you realize that, especially when you thought the other was the best that ever happened to you. But you’ll learn to cope with this as well and realize there are countless options open to you to enjoy your life in other ways. Don’t let some nasty experience like this discourage you.

Happened more than I care to remember… but I did learn.  They will never have that hold again.

A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness.

Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed.

I love a good plan to start with… and looks like one that can be added on to in different phases.
